Raised in the Highlands of Scotland, Luke grew up playing grassroots football,. He moved to the United States at 19 to build a career in sales. He lived and worked across New York, Chicago, and Orange County, gaining first-hand experience of life, education, and opportunity in the US.

After returning to the UK, Luke helped launch Primus and has been part of the journey from day one. 

Lucas was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He played club soccer at NASA and All-In FC and played Varsity at Walton High School. He graduated from University of Georgia with a degree in Sport Management.

He now coaches club soccer and Georgia ODP. He uses his knowledge of the club landscape in the US to work with clubs and advise athletes on and off the pitch. 

With Femi’s Nigerian-American background, soccer has always been in him and his family’s blood. Being born in New Jersey and moving to Georgia at the age of 11, Femi has experienced the soccer culture/lifestyle in both the North and the South side of the country. Unlike many of the Primus team, Femi wasn't able to play organized club soccer due to circumstances unrelated to the sport.

Luke was born and raised in Hampshire and played  in the UK, for  AFC Wimbledon and Aldershot Town FC before moving to Georgia, USA, to continue his football in the NJCAA.
Now serving as Partnership Manager for the South of the UK, Luke uses his first-hand experience of both the UK and US football pathways to help the next generation of players take that next step— both on and off the pitch.

Ricardo was born in Zaragoza, Spain, where his love for soccer began. He grew up playing and watching the game and remains a huge fanatic of the sport. He moved to the United States at around eight years old and played club soccer with AFU, UFA, and Ambush. He continued his education at Kennesaw State University, earning a degree in Sport Management. He holds a USSF D Coaching License and currently coaches club soccer with SSA Swarm in Marietta, Georgia.

Clara was born and raised in Lyon, France, in a Franco-Portuguese family where soccer has always been part of everyday life.

Growing up in that environment gave her an early understanding of the sport’s cultural importance and global reach.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication and Marketing within an international program, specializing in Sport Media and Communication. 

Began his career working in newspapers and radio in the UK becoming a sports editor and BBC radio presenter before moving into full time football.

He worked in both league and non-league in the UK before setting up a digital media consultancy.

Current work includes digital media, website design and podcasting.
